Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Myndbook, the whiteboard app at myndbook.com.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using Myndbook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

Sign up with an email address you control and keep it accurate. Keep your password and sign in links private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. An account is for one person.

Your content

Your boards are yours. You keep the rights to everything you draw, write, and upload. You give us permission to store, copy, and display that content so we can run the service and show it to the people you share it with.

You are responsible for what you upload and who you share it with. Do not upload anything illegal, and do not upload things you do not have the rights to use.

Sharing and collaboration

People you invite to a board can see it. If you give them edit access, they can change it, and their changes are saved to your board. You can remove access at any time, but anything someone already copied or downloaded stays with them.

Acceptable use

Do not harass, threaten, or harm other people.
Do not send spam, or scrape and bulk download content.
Do not attack the service, break into accounts, or work around limits and security.
Do not interfere with anyone else using the service.

Availability

Myndbook is provided as is, with no warranties. We may change, pause, or remove features. We will try to give notice before big changes, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of faults.

Termination

You can stop using Myndbook and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to what you have paid us, which is currently nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and say so in the app when the change is significant. Using Myndbook after an update means you accept the new terms.
